Cancellation Policy

1. Design Consultation Initial Consultation: All custom projects begin with a free consultation where we discuss your design ideas, material preferences, and specific requirements. Design Submission: Customers are encouraged to submit reference images and detailed descriptions to help us accurately capture your vision. Design Approval: Once the initial concept is drafted, we will provide a digital mock-up for your approval. Two rounds of revisions are included free of charge. 2. Materials and Mediums Materials: We currently offer pyrography on wood. The choice of material will be confirmed during the consultation process based on your preferences and the project’s requirements. Sustainability: Whenever possible, we repurpose wood. 3. Pricing and Payment Pricing: Custom pyrography pricing is based on the complexity, size, and materials used in the project. A detailed price estimate will be provided after the design consultation. Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom projects, rest upon completion and approval. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other major payment platforms. Payment details will be provided during the consultation. 4. Lead Time Completion Time: Custom pyrography projects typically take between 2–6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and our current workload. We will provide an estimated completion date during the consultation. Rush Orders: Expedited services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. 5. Changes and Cancellations Changes: Minor adjustments to the design can be made during the approval process. Once the design is finalized and approved, no further changes can be made. Cancellations: If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded. If the project is canceled prior to the start of work, a partial refund may be available at our discretion. 6. Final Product Review: Before shipping, we will send photos of the completed piece for your review. Quality Guarantee: Each custom pyrography piece undergoes our three-tier quality control check to ensure craftsmanship and detail meet our high standards. 7. Shipping and Delivery Domestic and International Shipping: We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping fees will be calculated on invoice. 8. Customer Satisfaction Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom pyrography piece, we will do our best to mitigate the issue.
