Thank you for your business and purchase, we hope that you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, store credit or an exchange for something of the same value. Returns:  

All returns must be posted marked within (7) days of the original date of purchase. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  

 

Return Process: 

To return an item, please email sizzlestrand@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place your item securely in the original packaging, and return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  

 

Refunds: 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 business cycles to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.  

 

Exceptions: 

For defective or damaged products, please contact me at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.  

Standard-Shipping: 3-7 Days 

Expedient-Shipping: 2-3 Days

Order Processing Time: 

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday is processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. 

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes: 

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to a P.O. box address. 

 

International Orders: 

We do not ship internationally currently. 

 

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
